I need to make better use of my sketchbooks. This is a large part of a current one, which is kinda sad, though I'm starting to really like the feel of it and that's a start.

So I finally got to reading Hellboy earlier this week, made me want to practice dark, heavy shadows. Also werefrogs.

Gay thoughts

Haha made it in time, with 5 minutes to spare. Have a colored doodle of Ganondorf pondering about guy stuff (I think).

Some obviously referenced salamanders, a couple of frogs and toads an' sum komodo dragons. Lizard-like head structure is a pain to draw but I'd love to nail it someday.

 Also a bunch of old pics which I almost forgot all about. They're a bit dated but I remember I did 'em mostly to practice a more loose and spontaneous way of inking.

First attempt at a re-design of the classic Baxter Stockman.

Some more painting over colored sketches. Probably going to redo his left dickleg.

I promise this is the last update of this particular piece. I may end up touching up her tail a bit, but you probably won't get to see it even if that happens.
